Book your appointment for Personal Development, Life Coaching or Mentoring. Make your enquiry via phone call or email.
step two
Book your sessions & decide what areas you would like help with. I offer sessions at two locations in Dingle, Co. Kerry or Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. You also have the opportunity to work with me via Google Meet.
step three
Leave each session with an action plan that will enable you to get unstuck and make progress in the area that you are struggling in.

Since 2011 I have studied coaching, psychotherapy, family systems and much more. I am very passionate about helping female led businesses and my 35+ years of knowledge running a business has given me great insights and teachings that I hope to pass on to my clients.
